About Me

I'm Phylise Walker, the owner of Sierra Landscape Solutions. A fiber artist, gardener, and arts administrator, I have woven twenty-five years of experience together to form Sierra Landscape Solutions. 

My specialty is spatial design and sustainable gardening. Working from the west slope of the Sierras to the Lake Tahoe basin to the east slope, I have more than 25 years of design and gardening experience. Although mountain gardening can be tricky, it is possible to create a landscape that is lovely to look at, easy to maintain, and withstands the weather.  I also work with Best Management Practices (BMPs) for soil erosion, required in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
